Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
Delivery
Delivery dates are scheduled based on availability, weather conditions, traffic, and operational needs.
Customers are responsible for providing a safe and accessible delivery location. We are not responsible for delays or damage resulting from blocked access, soft ground, hidden underground utilities, or other site conditions beyond our control.
Firewood Products
Firewood is a natural product. Wood species, bark, color, moisture content, size, and appearance may vary. While we strive to provide consistently seasoned, high-quality firewood, natural variations should be expected.
Mulch Products
Because mulch is a natural product, color, texture, and appearance may vary slightly between loads.
Payment
Payment is due according to the terms provided on your invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Late payments may be subject to additional fees where permitted by law.
Limitation of Liability
